THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of
number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Prepare, season, and cook Filipino dishes according to the menu in restaurant such as Arrozcaldo, Sopas, Spaghetti, Pancit, Lumpia Shanghai, Kutsinta, Puto, Buko Pie, Buchi, Empanada, and breakfast bento. Also assigned to prepare and cook lunch bento such as Pinakbet, Chopsuey, Tortang Talong, Sinigang, Monggo, Pork Nilaga, Pork Caldereta, Tinolang Manok, Fried Chicken, Pork Steak, Calamari, Laing, Ginataang gulay, Ginisang gulay and Fried fishes. Inspect and clean food preparation such as equipments and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking the quality, keeping track of old and new items, an d rotating stock. Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature. Prepare and replenish ingredients/stocks. Monitor stocks for replenishment. Mop and clean kitchen area daily. Clean cooking equipment and utensils after used. Clean food storages such as refrigerator, freezer and cabinets to ensure safe and sanitary practices. Dispose of waste properly. Assist with end-of-shift cleaning and closing duties.
